1501 M Street is an iconic office building located prominently in downtown Washington, DC. Stream Realty Partners was brought in to lease and market the asset, undertaking a comprehensive rebranding and revamping of all marketing materials. Including, a new website that would be a one-stop-shop for potential tenants hosting floor plans, virtual tours, printed brochures, tour menus, photo and video shoots, and just about everything in between. 

A notable benefit of being a tenant at 1501 M Street was the opportunity to work in the flagship location of Heyday, a new approach to property management by MRP Realty. Our teams collaborated to seamlessly align the two brands. From traditional marketing efforts like building decals to an unforgettable Heyday launch event that transformed a vacant floor into a Miami getaway. As a result of these efforts, the Townhall vacancies were fully leased and stabilized.

1501 M Street on behalf of Stream Realty Partners was acknowledged by NAIOP DC|MD's Best Marketing Program Award in 2022 and by GDUSA for outstanding web design in 2021.
