Hi, I’m Amy

I started my career in Washington, DC working for Stream Realty Partners, a commercial real estate agency. In 2018, I had my first day as a Graphic Design Intern and by 2023 had worked my way up to Strategic Marketing Manager. In this role, I oversaw the DC office’s marketing department which represented a 17.4M SF portfolio, to help brand office buildings, promote our various service lines, pitch new business, and support those under my management.

Growing up and throughout my education, I pictured myself working in the beauty industry or something equally as luxurious. Turns out, working in commercial real estate was the perfect fit. Being in a very corporate, and often unforgiving, industry taught me to be a stronger designer, a better leader, and how to think outside the box when it seemed impossible. I'm a firm believer that you become who you are around and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to shape me into the person I am today.

Alongside the 9-5, I started creating content showcasing my everyday life in DC. Through this, I gained a following of 50,000+  with over 5,000,000+ views and more importantly, created a community that superseded me. I quickly grew obsessed with the business end of influencing - from negotiating contracts with brands to using a data-first approach to produce and promote content organically.

At the end of 2023, I took a leap to the West Coast and relocated to San Francisco. I'm currently freelancing while getting settled and starting the search for my next full-time opportunity. My experience in commercial real estate, brand identity, and influencer marketing allows me to design strategic and effective campaigns without compromising aesthetics. I am so lucky to work with a variety of clients from community-based non-profits, to real estate, skincare brands, breweries, and everything in between.

You can almost always find me with an iced coffee in hand ready to take on the day. If I’m in DC - specifically Zekes, the downtown location, and preferably made by my favorite barista, Raisa. I’m still finding my footing in SF, so any and all recommendations are appreciated.

If you have a collaboration in mind, design or content creation wise, please reach out. I'd love to work together.
